விஸ்வ இந்து பரிஷத்தின் (வி.இ.ப) அதிரடைப் படையான 13லட்சம் தொண்டர்களைக் கொண்ட பஜ்ரங்தளம் இந்த வாரம் தனது 25 ஆண்டு விழாவை கொண்டாடுவிருக்கிறது. ஆனால் கொண்டாட்டங்கள் கடந்த மாதமே ஆரம்பமாகிவிட்டது என்று n;சால்லலாம். மெழுகுவர்த்திகள் கேக்குகளுக்குப் பதிலாக ஒரிசா, கர்நாடகா மற்றும் மத்தியப் பிரதேசம் மாநிலங்களில் சர்ச்சுகளுக்கு தீ வைத்தும் கிறிஸ்தவர்களை பீதிக்குள்ளாக்கியும் விழா கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது. கிறிஸ்தவர்களுக்கு எதிரான இந்த வன்முறைப் போரையும் அடாவடித்தனத்தையும் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட மாநில அரசுகள் கண்டுகொள்ளாத நிலையில் மத்தியில் ஆளும் ஐ.மு.கூ அரசு கடுமையாக எச்சரித்தது. தே.ஜ.கூ- பா.ஜ.க ஆளும் ஒரிசா, கர்நாடகா, மற்றும் மத்தியப் பிரேதச அரசுகள் சர்ச்சுகளுக்கு எதிரான பஜ்ரங்தளத்தின் தாக்குதலுக்கு முற்றுப்புள்ளி வைக்காவிட்டால் அரசியல் சாஸனம் 355 வது பிரிவின் கீழான அவசர அதிகாரத்தை பிரயோகிக்க வேண்டியிருக்கும் என்றது.
இருந்தபோதிலும், கிறிஸ்தவர்களின் 4000 வீடுகளுக்கு தீ வைத்து 50, 000க்கும் அதிகமான கிறிஸ்தவர்களை துரத்தியடித்திருக்கும் பஜ்ரங் தளத்தின் தலைவர்கள் இதிலிருந்து பின்வாங்கும் மனநிலையில் இல்லை. 'மத்திய அரசுக்கு இந்த அமைப்பை தடை செய்யும் துணிச்சல் இருந்தால் அதற்கான விளைவை சந்திக்க வேண்டும்." என்றார் பா.ஜ.க வின் தீப்பொறி தலைவரும் பஜ்ரங் தளத்தின் நிறுவனவருமாகிய வினய் கட்டியார்.
பஜ்ரங் தளம் தங்களது கனவான இந்து சமூகத்தை ஏற்படுத்த வலுவான பயிற்சி பெற்ற தீவிரவாத தாக்குதல் படையாக பரிணாம வளர்ச்சி கண்டிருக்கிறது. வாள், திரிசூலத்திலிருந்து துப்பாக்கி மற்றும் வெடி குண்டுகளை பயன்படுத்தும் வகையில் அது பயிற்சி பெற்றிருக்கிறது. சங்க்ப் பரிவாரின் போராட்ட அமைப்பாக 1946ல் வி.இ.ப உருவானது. இது 1984ல் கட்டியார் தலைமையில் அயோத்தி - லக்னோ ராமர் - ஜானகி யாத்திரைக்கு பாதுகாப்பு அளிப்பதற்காக பயங்கரவாத போக்கு கொண்ட இளைஞர்கள் குழுவை அமைத்தது. இந்தத் குழு பின்னர் பஜ்ரங் தளமாக (ஹனுமானின் படை) மாறியது. இந்தக் குழுவிடம் ஆரம்பத்தில் மூன்று பணிகளுக்கான பொறுப்பு அளிக்கப்பட்டது. ராம ஜென்ம பூமி (அயோத்தி) கிருஷ்ண ஜன்ம பூமி (மதுரா), காசி விஸ்வநாதர் கோவில் (வாரணாசி) ஆகியவற்றை விடுவிப்பது, கிறிஸ்தவ மிஷினிரிகளால் நடத்தப்படும் மதமாற்றத்தை றிறுத்துவது, பசுவதையை தடுக்கும் சட்டத்தை அமல்படுத்துவதற்கு அரசை நிர்பந்திப்பது ஆகியவைதான் அந்தப் பணிகள். ஆனால் அந்தப் பணிகளுக்கு வேறு அர்த்தம் கற்பிக்கப்பட்டு சிறுபான்மையினருக்கு குறிப்பாக எதிராக தாக்குதல் நடத்துவதில்n கவனம் செலுத்தப்படுகிறது.
இஸ்லாம் பெயரால் நடத்தப்படும் பயங்கரவாதத்தை முறியடிக்க பஜ்ரங் தளம் அதிதீவிர போக்குடன் நடந்துகொள்கிறது. அதன் உறுப்பினர்கள்ஸசிலர் குண்டுகள் தயாரிப்பது, நிழல் உலக நெட்வொர்க்கை உருவாக்குவது போன்ற செயல்களில் ஈடுபடுகிறார்கள். இந்த ஆண்டு ஆகஸ்ட் 24ந் தேதியன்று கான்பூரில் தனியார் விடுதி ஒன்றில் வெடிகுண்டு தயாரிக்கையில் அது வெடித்து இரண்டு பேர் பலியானார்கள். அவர்களில் புபிந்தர் சிங் (32) என்பவன் கான்பூர் பஜ்ரங் தளத்தின் முன்னால் தலைவர் என்பதை போலீஸ் கண்டறிந்தது. இந்தச் சம்பவத்தால் மத்திய உள்துறை அமைச்சகம் இந்ந அமைப்பை தீவிரமாகn கண்காணிக்க வேண்டி நிலைக்கும் தள்ளப்பட்டது. உடனே பஜ்ரங் தளம் குண்டு தயாரிப்பில் ஈடுபட்டவர்கள் தங்கள் அமைப்புடன் தொடர்புடையவர்கள் அல்ல என்றது.
இருந்தாலும் பஜ்ரங் தளத்;தை தடை செய்ய வேண்டும் என்ற கோரிக்கை அதிகரித்து வருகிறது. உத்திரப் பிரதேச முன்னாள் முதல்வர் முலாயம் சிங் யாதவ் 'சிமியை தடை செய்யும் போது பஜ்ரங் தளத்தை ஏன் தடை செய்யக் கூடாது" என்று கேட்கிறார். காங்கிரஸ் தலைவர் திக் விஜய் சிங்கும் இதே கருத்தை வலியுறுத்துகிறார். கிறிஸ்தவர்களுக்கு எதிரான வன்முறை சி.பி.ஐ(எம்) சி.பி.ஐ (எம், எல்), லோக் ஜனசக்தி கட்சியின் ராம விலாஸ் பாஸ்வான் ஆகியோரை பஜ்ரங் தளம் மற்றும் வி.இ.ப ஆகியவ தடை செய்யப்பட வேண்டும் என்று கோர வைத்துள்ளது. ஆனால் இந்த கோரிக்கை குறித்து பஜ்ரங் தள தலைமை வெகுண்டெழுந்துள்ளது. ' எங்களை சிமியுடன் ஒப்பிட என்ன துணிச்சல் இருக்க வேண்டும்? நாங்கள் தேசியவாதிகள். அவர்கள் தேசவிரோத பயங்கரவாதிகள் " என்று ஆவேசப்படுகிறார் பஜ்ரங்தளத்தின் தேசிய கன்வீனர் பிரகாஷ் ஷர்மா.
அனைந்திந்திய கத்தோலிக்க யூனியனின் மதிப்பீட்டின்படி ஒரிசாவில் இரண்டு பிராடஸ்டன்ட் மத குருக்களையும் சேர்த்து 37 கிறிஸ்தவர்கள் கொல்லப்பட்டிருக்கிறார்கள். மத குருக்களும் கிறஸ்தவர்களாக மாறியவர்களும் தாக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறார்கள். தெற்கிலும் இது பரவி பெங்களுருவிலும் சர்ச்சுகள் தாக்கப்பட்டிருக்கின்றன. கேரளாவி; இரண்டு தொன்மையான சர்ச்சுகள் தாக்கப்பட்டன. கர்நாடக முதல்வர் பி.எஸ் எடியூரப்பாவிடம் பெங்களுரு ஆர்ச் பிஷப் பெர்னார்டு மோரஸ் சர்ச்சுகள் மீதான தாக்குதலால் கிறிஸ்தவ சமூகத்தினர் 'மிகவும் காயம்பட்டிருப்பதாகவும்" 'மதத்தை பாதுகாக்க ரத்தம் சிந்தவும் தயார்" என்றும் சொன்னார்.
அறிகுறிகள் பயங்கரமாகவே இருக்கின்றன. ஜி.உதய்கரி மற்றும் திகாபலி பகுதிகளில் செப்டம்பர் 29ந் தேதிக நடந்ந வன்முறையில் ஒரு பெண் பலியானார் ஏழு பேர் காயமடைந்தார்கள். அதற்கடுத்து மூன்று நிவாரண முகாம்களில் குண்டுகள் வெடித்தன. இதன் மூலம் அந்த சமுதாயத்தினருக்கு எதிராகவும் அவர்களை பழிவாங்கவும் பஜ்ரங் தளம் புதிய பயங்கரமான வியூகத்தை எடுத்திருக்கலாம் என்கிற அச்சம் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. இது வகுப்புவாதம் தூண்டப்படுதற்கான வாய்ப்புக்களை அதிகப்படுத்தவே செய்யும். இத்தனை நான் இது ஜிகாதிகளின் வேலையாக மட்டுமே இருந்தது.

| This week, the 1.3-million-strong Bajrang Dal, stormtroopers of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), will celebrate their 25th anniversary. In a sense, the celebrations had already begun in typical fashion last month, except, instead of candles and cake, it was torching of churches and terrorising Christians across Orissa, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh-events that are more fitting to its calling and character. The current anti-Christian crusade, often violent, always intimidating and brazen in the face of a lacklustre response from the states concerned, evoked a sharp reaction from the UPA Government. The Centre warned the NDA-BJP ruled states of Orissa, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh that emergency powers under Article 355 of the Constitution would be invoked if they failed to put a break on the outfit's current anti-Church campaign. The official statement read: "The Government is very carefully and actively watching activities of Bajrang Dal and we will take appropriate action at appropriate time." Fuelled by the "success" of their destructive crusade which has led to 4,000 homes belonging to Christians being razed and more than 50,000 forced to flee, the Bajrang Dal leaders have literally smelled blood and are in no mood to relent. "If the Centre dared ban the organisation, it will be forced to lick the dust," said Vinay Katiyar, firebrand BJP leader and founder of the Bajrang Dal. For the Centre, already under pressure from Islamic terror groups, it's a tricky call. Article 355 aims at protecting states from external aggression and internal disturbances but it gives the Government powers to impose President's rule if internal disturbances pose a serious threat to security. That point may have already come. Members at a protest in Delhi The Bajrang Dal call themselves "warriors of Hindutva revolution" and the fact that the new anti-Christian 'revolution' has come with general elections round the corner adds an explosive political dimension to the issue. The BJP has largely been silent on the attacks which started in Orissa and then quickly swept through Madhya Pradesh, a state it rules, Kerala and Tamil Nadu. The real danger is that the Bajrang Dal is pretty much a loose cannon, their extreme militancy fuelled by being largely rudderless and under the influence of fanatics like Katiyar, Praveen Togadia and its National Convenor Prakash Sharma, who declared that his organisation was prepared to do anything, sacrifice anything for the protection of Rashtra (nation) and Dharma (religion). "We are Lord Hanuman's bhaktas. Remember what happened when Ravan had tried to ban him-his Lanka of gold was burnt down," says Sharma. A church on fire They led the assault on the Babri Masjid and a group of their activists led by Dara Singh were convicted for the horrific murder of Australian missionary Graham Staines and his two minor children in 1999. This incident happened in Keonjhar, Orissa, where the latest anti-missionary attacks have taken place. Since then, it acquired the title of 'rogue child of the VHP-RSS', which was reinforced by its open participation in the 2002 communal carnage in Gujarat. In September 2003, the organisation was credited with cleansing a village named Mishroli in Rajasthan of its Muslim population and giving it a new tag of an "Ideal Hindu Village". Armed activists had driven nearly 25 Muslim families from their homes, ransacking their houses and setting them on fire. Soon after, all the 70 Muslim families from seven villages in the Aklera area migrated to neighbouring districts and states. Such acts have added a new sinister meaning to its triple-S motto: "Seva, Suraksha, and Sanskriti" (service, security and culture). The Bajrang Dal has evolved-if that is the right word-into a potent, militant strike force, trained in handling weapons ranging from trishul and swords to guns and bombs to operate as security squadrons for their vision of the Hindu Society. | |||||
